Through Hardship and Pressure then You Become a Great Leader.

Leadership is unique to each individual because we have different experiences and upbringing, in addition to that association makes us grow or hold us back. That is why it is important to have the right association so you can excel at your potential. We have everything that we need so do not need to be like someone else or by imitating others, we just need to be ourselves which is being original. We need to devote time to ourselves and re-evaulate how we are perceived by others and how we want others to perceive us. We are great influencers of people around us and being role models, others often observe to see how we handle different situations. They can try to be like us but they cannot walk our shoes because it is hard, we are always under pressure to produce or monitor and bring out the talents and gifts in ourselves and in others to continue moving towards our goals in the future . We embrace future leaders to show them a way that did not exist before us or themselves. We always encourage our peers and others to acheive every goals in their lives.

Leaders have various gifts and talents that initally they thought was a huge burden in their life.   We  are all bless and do not even know it. We need to work on oursevles because we have what we already need. We need to be honest with ourselves and with others so we can attract real people that will appreicate us for who we are and not what we have. As leaders we are all on journey to becoming great leaders, who make mistakes but if do not make mistake or learn from other mistakes how can have experiences that mold us to be leaders on how we are able to take risks and believe in our own potential. For those of us called, we ask that you embrace the responsibility with great respect and humility.

How Does A Tree Make A Forest?

A single fruit from a tree can produce multiple seeds which in turn can produce a set of trees that ultimately makes a forest. To achieve such an incredible result, the initial seed has to be properly catered for, planted in the right environment and not limited to receiving all the right nutrients to make it grow. How fertile the ground is and the kind of energy that is applied to the seed also adds to the process of what it was created for and designed to be.

Discovering Potential works according to the same rule. We all have to be planted in the right environment receiving the right nutrients to produce the right results. It is very obvious how stunted the growth of a tree would be when planted in a small clay pot, but compared to being planted in a field, the results would definitely be enormous. We are all filled with so much to offer, skills and talents beyond our imagination that exists within us and are yet to be discovered, but to achieve such results we have to re-evaluate how fertile the ground we want to be planted has to be.

Having the right company of friends, family, business associates, partners, executives, investors, the right career move and more only means picking the right environment to grow. Those who see what we see, believe what we believe and being in a place we believed we were designed to be only makes it easier to multiply all that already exist within.

If a single seed ultimately ends up creating a forest, then just imagine how far we would all go by discovering a single gift or talent that once again already exist within.

How Do You Determine The Right Association?

Some motorcycles have a two-seated area allowing two riders on at the same time, one thing I have noticed is during a trip when the riders approach a bend, they both have to lean in the same direction to make an appropriate turn. If by any chance they lean in separate directions, it can cause a nasty accident leading to serious damages. Picking the right association is pretty much the same. Whether Friends, Colleagues, Business Partners, Executives, Board Members, Investors and more, who you decide to have on your team matters on how successful you will be at anything.

We all have goals and dreams to accomplish and having the right people around us believing what we say we see matters on how far we go. We need people who respect our vision just as they expect us to do the same for them, they respect our decisions, choices and understand the chances we take to be who we have been created to be. They respect our turns and lean in the direction we lean understanding that we all individually have been assigned a specific and different role of responsibility.

Now everyone do not have to be perfect to understand what we see, but they have to acknowledge we all walk a separate path to our ultimate destination.  How we individually all get there, is dependent on how we individually see the vision that we see. Finding the right audience is finding where we fit, they will do whatever it takes to get us where we need to be because they know we would do for them the same exact thing.
